How do I apply for a quote?
How long does it take to get a quote?
- If the event and the scope of your work fits within the automated underwriting criteria, the quote will be released instantaneously.
- When criteria are not met for the automated system and all necessary information has been provided, in some cases, a quote may be provided in two to three business days of application submission.
How far in advance should I submit an application?
As a general best practice, we recommend
- 1-2 weeks prior to the event for low-risk events, and
- 6-8 weeks prior to the event for high-risk events.
Binding, payment, and any outstanding information must be received prior to the start of the event.
Applications submitted closer to the event start date will be quoted and delivered in as timely manner as possible.
